USPA does not want to provide the convience to its membership with a handy downloadable file of the incomplete SIM that is on the USPA web site.

If you want USPA to provide a self-extracting zip file or zip file of the HTML version of the SIM or the pdf version of the complete SIM, please send them an email requesting this. Email USPA.

The complete SIM, with graphics, is available in pdf format. USPA has decided that this will no longer be available to members. Previous versions of the complete SIM have been available for many years as a pdf file. An agenda item at the January 2003 Board of Directors' meeting will request that the complete SIM be placed online.
